A fixed 11‑month term, with the entire 11 months treated as the lock‑in period.

+
Yes, but you must pay for the full balance period of the lock‑in, regardless of early exit. There is no notice‑period clause.
When is the monthly fee due?

Only government‑treated MCD water is used for bathing and general supply — no ground or borewell water. Drinking water is additionally purified through an RO plant.

All bathroom and general‑use tanks are professionally cleaned every month, with drain, scrub, disinfect, rinse and refill steps.
What if there is a plumbing issue at night?

A temporary supply is arranged where possible and full repairs are scheduled for the next morning when the plumbing team is on site.
What about electricity?
+
Electricity is metered and billed as per usage; ACs, geysers, lights and fans are covered. High‑watt appliances such as coils, roti makers and heaters are not allowed (₹1,000 penalty for unauthorised appliances).
