General Rules & Regulations
- —Pets or animals are not allowed inside the premises.
- —Political or religious gatherings are prohibited without prior written approval from management.
- —Management reserves the right to conduct room inspections whenever required.
- —Residents must collect their own parcels and deliveries from the designated area.
- —Maintenance staff may enter rooms for repair or service work under supervision.
- —Management may shift residents to another room/accommodation if operationally required.
- —Rules and regulations may be revised from time to time, and residents are expected to comply with updated policies.
- —Residents must maintain common area games, accessories, and shared utilities properly. Any damage or loss shall be chargeable.
- —Residents are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
- —Rooms may be accessed during maintenance or emergency situations even in the resident's absence.
- —Kitchen groceries and raw materials are strictly for kitchen operations and cannot be used for personal purposes.
- —Residents are expected to maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and respectful behavior at all times.
- —Management reserves the right to modify policies, restrict services, or take disciplinary action in case of policy violations.
- —All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
- —By residing at Ashray Living, the resident confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all residence policies, operational rules, and management guidelines.
- —All official communication, complaints, maintenance requests, or grievances should be submitted through official communication channels designated by management.
- —Verbal assurances or unofficial communication may not be considered valid unless acknowledged officially.
- —Ashray Living shall not be liable for personal injuries, accidents, natural calamities, government restrictions, internet interruptions, utility failures, or unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.
- —Residents are advised to exercise personal caution and responsibility during their stay.
- —Violation of policies may result in penalties, suspension of facilities, or termination of residency.
