Purpose
To ensure transparency and a smooth booking experience, all residents are requested to read and agree to the following payment policy before making any reservation or payment.
1. Booking & Reservation
- —A bed/room will be considered reserved only after successful payment confirmation from the management.
- —Submission of an enquiry form or booking request does not guarantee allotment.
- —Room/bed allotment is subject to availability and management approval.
- —Management reserves the right to change or upgrade the allotted room/bed due to operational requirements.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- —UPI
- —Net Banking
- —Bank Transfer
3. Advance Payment / Security Deposit
- —An advance booking amount will be required to confirm the reservation.
- —Security deposit must be paid before check-in.
- —The security deposit is refundable subject to: completion of 11 months Lock-in period, no damage or dues, adherence to hostel policies.
4. Monthly Payment
- —Monthly accommodation fees must be paid in advance on or before the due date communicated by management.
- —Delay in payment may attract: late payment penalties, temporary suspension of services, cancellation of stay in severe cases.
5. Payment Confirmation
- —Residents must retain payment receipts and transaction references for future verification.
- —In case of failed or pending transactions, residents should immediately contact the Ashray support team with: transaction ID, payment screenshot, registered contact details.
6. Refund Policy
- —Booking amount/registration fees are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation & No-Show
- —Failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice may result in cancellation of booking without refund.
- —Early move-out before agreed tenure may lead to forfeiture of advance amounts and deposits as per policy.
8. Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:
- —Damages to property
- —Late check-out
- —Utility overuse
- —Key/access card replacement
- —Additional services requested by the resident
9. Taxes & Gateway Charges
- —Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
- —Payment gateway or convenience charges, if any, are non-refundable.
10. Fraud Prevention & Verification
- —Ashray Living reserves the right to: reject suspicious transactions, request identity verification, cancel bookings involving fraudulent or unauthorized payments.
11. Policy Updates
- —Ashray Living may revise this payment policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
