Every resident is expected to maintain appropriate conduct and behave responsibly towards fellow residents, staff members, visitors, and the surrounding community. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, penalties, suspension of privileges, or termination of residency.
1. Respectful Behaviour
All residents are expected to:

- —Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
- —Respect the personal space, privacy, beliefs, and lifestyles of others.
Harassment, bullying, abusive language, intimidation, discrimination, or misconduct of any form will not be tolerated.
2. Community Living Standards
Residents must contribute towards maintaining a peaceful and cooperative community environment by:
- —Following property rules and operational guidelines.
- —Cooperating with management and support staff.
- —Avoiding activities that disturb or inconvenience others.
- —Maintaining discipline within rooms and common areas.
3. Noise & Disturbance Policy
To maintain a comfortable environment for all residents:
- —Loud music, shouting, disruptive gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
- —Quiet hours must be observed, especially during late-night and early-morning hours.
- —Residents must avoid loud conversations or phone calls in corridors and common areas.
Any activity causing repeated disturbance may attract penalties or disciplinary action.
4. Anti-Ragging & Anti-Harassment
Ashray Living follows a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

- —Bullying
- —Threatening behaviour
- —Physical or verbal harassment
- —Cyber harassment
Any such incident may be reported to parents, educational institutions, or legal authorities wherever applicable.
5. Intoxication & Prohibited Activities
Residents are strictly prohibited from:
- —Smoking within prohibited areas
- —Consuming or possessing alcohol, narcotics, or illegal substances
- —Gambling or betting activities
- —Engaging in unlawful or unethical conduct
Residents found under the influence of prohibited substances or involved in misconduct may face immediate disciplinary action.
6. Behaviour Towards Staff & Service Teams
Residents are expected to cooperate respectfully with:
- —Housekeeping staff
- —Kitchen teams
- —Security personnel
- —Maintenance technicians
- —Property supervisors
Arguments, misbehavior, interference with duties, or disrespectful conduct towards staff members will not be accepted.
7. Visitors & Social Gatherings
Residents must:

- —Ensure visitors behave responsibly within the premises.
- —Obtain prior approvals wherever required.
Residents organizing gatherings or celebrations are responsible for:
- —Maintaining cleanliness
- —Avoiding disturbance to others
- —Preventing damage to property
8. Social Media & Digital Conduct
Residents are expected to:
- —Use official communication groups responsibly.
- —Avoid spreading false information, offensive content, or defamatory remarks.
- —Maintain respectful communication in all online community groups associated with Ashray Living.
Management reserves the right to remove individuals from official groups in cases of misconduct.
9. Safety & Security Compliance
Residents must follow all safety instructions and security protocols, including:
- —Visitor registration procedures
- —Emergency evacuation instructions
- —Fire safety guidelines
- —CCTV and surveillance regulations
Tampering with security systems, safety equipment, or emergency infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
10. Respect for Property & Neighbourhood
Residents should not engage in any activity that may:
- —Disturb neighboring properties
- —Damage the reputation of Ashray Living
- —Cause inconvenience to nearby residents or society members
Residents are expected to conduct themselves responsibly both inside and outside the premises.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- —Threatening staff or residents
- —Vandalism or property damage
- —Unauthorized commercial activities
- —Illegal activities of any kind
- —Misuse of facilities or services
Serious violations may lead to immediate termination of residency rights.
12. Management Rights
Ashray Living reserves the right to:

- —Issue warnings or penalties
- —Restrict access to facilities
- —Inform guardians or authorities where necessary
- —Modify behavioural guidelines from time to time
Management decisions regarding safety, discipline, and operational conduct shall remain final and binding.
